Sewing Classes

Sewing classes for every age and sewing level. Classes begin January 10th, 2022 and are an at-your-own-pace style.

Meet the Instructor

Hi! My name is Kayliegh Landon and I have been sewing for over 22 years. At a young age, I found a passion for creativity and caught the sewing bug.

In college, I pursued a degree in organizational communication, with a minor in none other than clothing construction. Since graduating, I have had many opportunities to fine-tune my skills in pattern work, clothing construction and general sewing, among other things.

I currently blog at 13th Avenue Co, test patterns for various pattern companies, and sell the things I make occasionally in my shop.

Sewing is my therapy. It is a place I can go to create, use my hands and my mind, and make beautiful things. It is a process, and a constant journey to become a better sewist. I am always striving to make each project my best. I want to teach others to feel that same excitement! I hope to pass along the passion for sewing by teaching classes and getting to know others who want to learn.

Below you will find a current list of classes offered. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to email any questions or suggestions to klandon@13thavenueco.com.
